Sendfile 2.1a fetch failure

The current Portfile contains no working URLs for sendfile's source. I'm suggesting to add the official repository, http://fex.rus.uni-stuttgart.de/download/sendfile-2.1b.tar.gz And maybe to fix http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/sendfile | http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/general/ | http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/downloads/sendfile

URL is fixed but checksum seems to be wrong:

r36649 did fix the problem on 2008-05-09 by updating from sendfile 2.1a to sendfile 2.1b.

Then on 2008-06-16 the developers released a new version of sendfile 2.1b which has several changes.

Updated to this version in r38162.
